


The challenge
Before working with me, TAYSAD faced digital obstacles that limited communication and engagement. The website didn’t support the wide range of member skill levels, and unclear navigation reduced overall usability.
The backend lacked strong protection for member institutions, leaving sensitive communication exposed and weakening trust. The site also suffered from slow performance, limited room for growth, and weak visibility, which prevented it from serving as an effective industry hub.
TAYSAD needed a secure, intuitive, scalable platform that reflected its leadership in Turkey’s automotive supply sector and supported international collaboration.
